On the palate, it’s dry and elegant, with a fine structure and persistent finish. The floral and balsamic notes from the nose carry through seamlessly, and a subtle touch of almond adds depth to the aftertaste. Aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for a year, it gains texture without overpowering the fruit.
