A silky-smooth Pinot Noir, beautifully balanced with aromatic notes of wild raspberry, floral hints of violet, and a touch of spice on the elegant finish.
Sylvain Debord, a Burgundian by birth and heart, studied at the Lycée Viticole de Beaune in 1991, where he met many talented winegrowers, including Nicolas Potel. He later contributed to technical research projects at the University of Burgundy while managing the UB Experimental Viticultural Centre in Marsannay-la-Côte. Passionate about environmental and land conservation, Sylvain works with a network of vineyard partners, using a minimalist approach to craft elegant, pure, and fresh wines.
